Arrived for gel nails for me and eyebrow wax for my friend.
No complaints with wax, friend was very pleased. Not the same could be said for nails.
To start with when choosing the colour the bottles of polish all look very dirty and old, lots of dry scum round neck and generally very grotty, same can be said for nail Station.
Lady doing nails was lovely and very pleasant can't fault her friendliness but the quality is very poor. On leaving I notice that one thumb nail was already peeling, I ignored in the hope I could stick down but within hours the whole coating peeled off in one clean swoop, the other thumb started and subsequently with in 48 hours all of the nails are lifting and looking tatty. I have 3 clean off now and the rest are all imminent. I'm not sure if the polish is old or why it's not adhered but overall really disappointed.
I text the morning after treatment to advise of initial problem with thumb nails, tried calling, no response - not really acceptable at all. I may have only paid £20 but a £1 bottle of polish from primark would have done a better job (it has done as I have used to paint gel free nails!
Really poor service and very off putting of using Last Minute again for this type of service.
I booked in advance and received an email and text confirmation. When I arrived at the venue it was locked with no staff present. They would not answer their phones. I am glad that I did not pay in advance. I did not receive the treatment I booked for so I would not recommend.
Good visit but my original beautician was off sick, which meant someone else stepped in. Good job, but felt a lack of ambience in place.
