Bought blow dry but was contacted by phone to say the lady wasn't able to do it. I couldn't do it any other night so I was advised it get a refund. I've contacted treat well myself but not had a reply. But it was only 5 days ago
Natalie who completed my eyebrow and eyelash tint was lovely and friendly, she really helped me to relax. The treatment was completed to a really good standard.

My blow-dry was awful - did not last the day, was frizzy and just looked a mess. It was not a good cut and I won't be going back there. So angry that I wasted the money for what was supposed to be a nice treat.
