A really disappointing experience. Booked 3 treatments for my birthday and when I arrived on the day my appointment started 20 minutes late and was then told that I could only have one of my treatments. I completely understand and sympathise for the reasons behind this, so I rebooked my appointment for another day as I had a special event coming up. The night before my rescheduled appointment I was texted to say this had also been cancelled. I’m really quite upset about this and feel like not enough has been done to rectify the situation considering I was let down on two special occasions

I was absolutely thrilled with my haircut!!!i was given full attention and the girl understood exactly what i wanted to do with my hair. Such a professional, took her time to make sure everything looked perfect! I will be going back and i cant wait! Cant remember her name, shes a senior stylist, her name starts with a “C” but i cant recall at the moment
