I booked my appointment through the app with the time slots allocated. I rang the venue 2 days before my treatment and I am glad I did, the girl who answered the phone told me I ‘can’t have booked for Sunday as they’re closed’, she told me she would ring me back as the phone call was interrupted, however she never. I left a voice mail and that was still not responded to the following day (the day before my treatment). I rang the venue again and was told I could come in for 12, I was then rang back by the venue to ask me to come in ASAP as it was more convenient for the beautician, which I did.
The girl who done the wax was lovely, however continuously mentioned the pains in her stomach, which I felt guilty about.
I got home from the wax to notice full patches of hair still remaining all over my legs, knees and bikini line.
Overall, I am so disappointed in the service.
