Great colour...though running late

I’ve been here several times before and was really happy, however on this occasion the therapist was running 30 minutes late but nobody warned me of this and I actually had to ask how much longer I was likely to be waiting.
During the treatment the therapist was very friendly and professional, and made me feel at ease. In the past at this salon the previous therapist used to use tweezers for any odd hairs that had been missed but this wasn’t done on this occasion- possibly due to being tight for time
