I booked for a permanent, I explained to the hairdresser that I wanted to make on colour full head and she advised me to do also some highlights and I accepted. at the end of the treatment I found that half head blond and the other one dark. I immediately asked for a solution, because was not what I asked for. So the hairdresser disappears to consult with her colleague and offers me another color as the only solution, but warns me that I should also pay for this treatment; I was forced to accept in order to have normal hair.

Changed my appointment time 15 minutes before I was due to arrive to 4 hours later, started late, and then the treatment didn’t last for he full 30 minutes as described.
