First time getting highlights and went for a super short cut - absolutely love it! Mahsa understood I wanted something completely natural/ subtle which is exactly how it’s turned out. Couldn’t recommend more!

This was my first time having a Japanese manicure...but it won't be my last! My nails have never looked so healthy...so smooth & shiny & pink. A week later, I still can't stop touching them...they feel so silky. My nails were in a sorry state after one too many brutal manis and this really felt like I was nurturing them. The salon is really pretty, with a nice relaxing vibe. Mahsa is a STAR! She's thorough but really gentle..I knew my nails were in safe hands. She's my new go-to. Thanks Mahsa :)

I had a full-head of highlights, but was not left very satisfied. Everything looked fine in the salon, but when I got home, I could clearly see that the wrong shade was chosen by the hairdresser. It absolutely did not match the rest of my hair, and had left me feeling self-conscious when going out. Because of this, I had to go and have it fixed elsewhere. I also have to add that the salon was a little dirty - considering it wasn’t busy - with chunks of hair on the floor from previous clients.
