I had a terrible experience and now my hair is falling out. She ignored my instructions, started 15 minutes late, and changed the treatment without consulting me. Due to overprocessing, likely from overbooking, my scalp was burnt, I now also have severe breakage at the front of my hair. I’m consulting a GP for the damage. She refused to take ownership only refunding £60, far less than the cost of necessary repair treatments. Avoid this salon if you value your hair and proper care.
