I've never been to Voila before, but have walked past many times. Really pleasantly pleased by a calm, patient and professional team who took time to understand my bad back and the best way to resolve.
Well priced (particularly considering other places around Notting Hill / Ladbroke Grove) and I was even given an delicious cup of tea for free.
Will definitely be heading back
