Nails were great by Louisa, very limited colour choice. Receptionist wasn’t very helpful at all and needs more training on Treatwell and talking to customers.
Gel Nails Manicure
This is was a group on offer. It stated we had 3 choices of massage. We weren’t asked about this choice, the massage given was great.
Staff could be a little friendlier. The background music irritated and I didn’t have the courage to ask for it to be changed. The tea and cake at the end was most welcome.

A great local spa. I've had 3 treatments here now and each time the staff have been friendly, professional and taken their time giving a lovely experience.
