Came in asking for a short haircut with layers however I did not get what I asked for. The haircut was uneven and the layers were done poorly. The hairdresser didn’t ask me how I wanted it styled and started curling my hair without asking even though the reference photos didn’t have curly hair and were straight as my hair was straight. I get anxious easily and i’m not a confrontational person but I should have spoken up, I later asked a friend to help fix my hair as I was very upset about it.
