Did not give me a treatment and refused me a refund telling me I had to get a refund of the website. If you have already been paid my money why on earth do I have to get it back from this app its time consuming and stressful

Got a haircut but they just literally cut it into a straight line and it isn't even straight so I don't see what the point in paying for the haircut was, I could've done that myself. It wasnt cut into at the ends at all. I have a second appointment to go back so they can fix it but it shouldn't be necessary. The styling they did was really nice and I liked the products used but overall wouldn't go back.
