Visited today, had booked to have my hair done by Abby (Stylist) but when I arrived had been booked on with Billy Jo (Graduate). I did call the salon when I booked through the app and no one mentioned the stylist I had requested was unavailable and I would be with a different hairdresser of a lower grade. The price was discounted slightly (from £28 to £25), but even upon arriving at the salon no one even mentioned that this was different to my booked hairdresser! The haircut and finish was okay, and I left satisfied with the result but the finish was not the same standard as I am used to getting my hair done by a stylist, and I wasn’t offered all the usual extras of a deep condition. The cut felt a little rushed as it only took 30 mins and I have very thick hair so usually takes longer even with more experienced stylists! My advice is call to make sure your booking has been received and that your chosen stylist or grade of hairdresser is definitely available!

Was unwell for the date I originally booked but they moved it no problem. Had a fantastic haircut and the hairdresser was really lovely. I will be returning for my next haircut :)
