The venue was amazing! Hair cut was brilliant and could not fault in anyway! My appointment however, hadn't been sent over from treatwell it wasn't a problem and the girls were so helpful at assisting when I showed my confirmation. I think if I book again through treatwell I will just call ahead to reconfirm with the venue!

The booking was not suitable. I was advised by the hairdresser that I could get a refund no problem. Here I am nearly a week later, with no response from Treatwell from my refund requests. The refund process is so evasive and the app and website not helpful in trying to get this resolved. So now I am £81 down, with no customer service to speak off. I have used Treatwell in the past no problem. However, I will not be recommending them again
