The lady who did my hair asked exactly what I wanted and kept checking I was happy with what she was doing. There was complimentary drinks on offer and everyone was really friendly.
I have been to Bold Street Voodou once before and wanted to come back because they gave me exactly what j wanted with regards to colour and cut. This time round was no exception - the hairdresser who cut my hair really listened to what I wanted and I love my cut. My only gripe would be the sinks used to wash hair in. They could be made more comfortable - perhaps something soft and cushiony could be added to the headrest to make them more comfortable? Other than that the experience was perfect and I will definitely come back.

Hairstylist was fantastic, couldn't fault. She offered loads of advice and really knew what she was talking about with products she recommended. I was really impressed she didn't try to oversell. Some of the products were quite expensive and through the haircut she was like-actually this isn't the problem you don't need this.
The staff on the desk not so good. Couldn't work out who I was/which booking was mine. Offered me a drink which never materialised. Was left to go seat myself upstairs and I wansn't convinced I plonked myself in the right place.
