The salon hadn't checked the email about my booking via Treatwell until an hour before my booked time so they had to reschedule, to 2 hours later, which was ok because I happened to be flexible but I would have been unhappy if I had plans later in the day, or if they were not able to fit me in the same day. The salon was busy and they forgot to bring my drink, but it was a nice atmosphere inside. My hairdresser wasn't very chatty but she gave me a nice hair cut and blow dry.
Nice atmosphere and pleasent staff. Had a bit of a misunderstanding about the colouring of my hair and needed to get it done twice, but was happy with the result in the end (a bit disappointed that I had to pay extra for the second colouring - if they'd listen to me from the start we might have avoided that). Very pleased with both cutting and blow drying. Only negative was the second wash which was done by a trainee.... not only did she pour water in my ear 4 times but she also did a sloppy job with rinsing the colour out. But overall i loved the experience, and who wouldn't when you get offered wine?? :D
