Was left waiting for a while, although they did apologise.
The cut itself was fine, the hairdresser spoke through everything she was doing.
My main disappointment here was that during the cut she asked me how i wanted it styled, I said straight. However, after she'd cut and dried it she took the towel from round me and it was apparent that the experience was over. So, despite telling her that i wanted it straightened, she didn't style it at all and I had to leave the hairdressers with natural hair, not feeling good about myself at all.
This was a day before my graduation as well, so really wanted to feel a bit better about the experience.
