I love this salon but unfortunately my recent visit was very quite disappointing. My stylist seemed to be more interested in other clients and stylists and I didn't feel like any attention was being paid to me. I wasn't offered a conditioning treatment and had to ask for this myself, and I was also put in the top room with a hen do group, away from the rest of the salon because it was busy downstairs
Great haircut and customer service. I'd damaged my hair a lot with various home colouring's and Voodou gave me great advice and a lovely hair cut!
Brilliant, done exactly what I asked for, very friendly and welcoming staff and kept to appointment time and didn't rush
