Staff member was lovely. First ever eyelash treatment and she made me feel very comfortable and at home. Was told the lashes would last 2-3 days, but was 4!

Waxing experience was good and the lady doing it for me was fab! However I was left with patches of hair and wasn't completely clean so a little disappointing.
