Francesca, lovely girl, polite, very hardworking dealing with a poorly run salon with aplomb!. A decent haircut.
The rest.....my online appointment hadn't been processed so I was double booked. Very grubby salon - looked like it hadn't had a good clean in a long time.
Francesca was on her own having to manage phone calls, double bookings etc. Didn't give me the impression of a well run professional establishment - enhanced by the adolescent who appeared & shuffled around the floor on a towel, presumably an attempt to clean the floor? Presumably on one of the salon towels??

I loved my cut initially but when I tried styling it myself I realised the layers were still abit too long but after giving them a call this should be sorted out on another visit, lovely lovely staff and great music!
Very happy with my sons haircut. Looked very stylish and one of the best cuts he has ever had. The stylist Warren was very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely be going back again.
