DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SALON!!! RUDE AND LAZY THEY DONT BOTHER TO CHECK THE APP SO THEY WILL LIKELY SEND YOU AWAY. I arrived and they told me they couldn’t see me because they didn’t bother to check that I had booked an appointment through the app. Said couldn’t fit my in because they were busy...they weren’t they only had one person in the shop.Very rude staff sent me away to go to another salon at bold street because they couldn’t fit me in. Bold street couldn’t fit me in for a blow dry either. Why bother being on the app if you can’t properly check for appointments. You had my information if you checked the app they could have contacted me to let me know before hand and not wasted my time.

Stylist for my hair appointment had called in sick, which is obviously fine, but the lady on the phone when I was trying to rearrange was quite rude and unhelpful
