Quite pricey compared to other local salons and not the best service in terms of being offered a drink, consulted on how exactly you'd like your hair done, products used etc
Good blow dry - however staff were distracted, four different people brushed my hair through after washing! Value for money though and the stylist kindly pin-curled my hair even though I wasn't booked in for that.
Hadnt been booked in for an appointment so had to be booked in at their other salon, was then charged £28 instead of £20 for a blow dry. Hair fell out by the time I got home and had to do it myself in anyways. Don't bother booking through the app because they don't pay attention to it
I arrived in Liverpool earlier than expected so went to salon to see if I could be taken earlier. Unfortunately they were fully booked so couldnt take me, however they let me leave my pull along case there so I could go round the shops. The staff are all very friendly and blowdry i received from Heidi was great. Would return!
