Turned up on time to a non existent booking, apparently the salon have a lot of problems with treatwell as they don't actually check to see when slots are feeely available. So it's a pointless process. The gentleman offered to send me to another branch where an appointment was available on Bold Street, wish I hadn't bothered as they were unwelcoming and if I'm quite honest a bit arrogant and rude about me being transferred to their salon. The stylist didn't seem to want to fit me in on the allocated slot and the receptionist against her will and with a face like thunder started to scratch around in the bookings and snatched up the phone to make some further calls. I have some integrity and so promptly left never return to Voodoo ever again. I had a great haircut within the hour elsewhere. I would give zero points but I've been forced to give 1. Treat well or Voodoo don't deserve it.
My son has been getting his hair cut by Warren for a while now and is very happy after each haircut..lovely staff and salon
