V did a gorgeous job of my hair ! She is always extremely welcoming and understands what you’re looking to achieve. I felt relaxed at my appointment and my hair has been looking really nice since - it’s also lasted very well (through lockdowns!). Definitely would recommend - I’m going back very soon myself! <3 X
