This was my first time at the nail salon. The experience didn't start well. I was running late and the person (manager apparently) on the phone was extremely rude. On arrival the same person was rude. Not a great welcome at all. I almost walked back out. Despite what was said on the phone the salon was very quiet. The person who carried out the pedicure was the complete opposite. They were very calm and professional. However, I won't be coming back.

Had my nails done by a gentleman rather than Amy (I think Tang) but unfortunately did not have a good experience. This salon doesn’t really know how to work with builder gel as my nail is very misshapen and thick and just unlike any other formed nail I’ve had before. My manicure was done in quite a rushed manner meaning that I’ve been getting a lot of snagging on hair and clothes. Nails quite sloppily painted with gap. Unfortunately I think this is the worst manicure I’ve ever received! Sorry
