I called them the day before my appointment and they told me my booking for a 20 min blow dry wasn't on their system so they couldn't fit me in. No apology and told that its because they sometimes don't check their emails. Awful customer service!!
Lady who did my eyebrows was very friendly and helpful and has helped me try and grow my eyebrows out a bit for a new shape! Would recommend!
