Wow what a wonderful experience! Sam was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable as soon as I entered the salon. As well as an incredible selection of gel nail colours as well as complimentary snacks and drinks, Sam took the time to cater to my personal needs to deliver a wonderful manicure and aftercare, including exfoliation, a heated hand mask, and a little nail care gift. All equipment was sterilised and the salon was cosy and clean. I will definitely be returning, thank you Sam 😊

My first time having biab and being at Waiza nail studio! Sam was great, she takes great pride in her work and did such a great job being very precise as she did my nails. She also explained the process or answered any of my questions. Already planning to rebook in a few weeks time :) Thank you!
