Accidentally smudged my toenail (I was very apologetic), which the technician saw and they were going to leave it smudged. I had to ask them to fix it and instead of them repaint it they just moved the varnish with some type of liquid, which was quite lazy. Other than that it was a great experience and the staff were polite.
