I am a customer that has been using Wallington nails for years so I was extremely disappointed when I booked to have Lily to then have another person to come in and say she wants Lily and when I voice that I had already booked for her and she was already doing my nails Lily then got up and went to the other person and done their nails. I cannot believe it happened. My nails were not done to a standard I paid for and I will not be going back. I am gutted I was treated like this.

lovely welcoming but it was so hot that day and they didn't have any air conditioning and no fans, just had the front door open. I left wanting to get home and shower
