I booked in for an appointment got told 30 minutes before they couldn't fit me in. However they did ring later that day & offer me a cancellation, but in the meantime I found an appointment elsewhere. But I appreciate the staffs help, even know a little more notice would of been better. But it's a fault on the treatwell app showing more available slots.
They cancelled my appointment on a Friday 3hrs before I was due to go in. Was really disappointed as I couldnt get another appointment anywhere else was offered no alternativen my hair doing for a work event. I wouldnt book again.
