The whole experience was very rushed and therefore unrelaxing. I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure and two different beauty therapists did this at the same time, meaning I couldn’t relax at all and felt like I was being dragged in different directions. Whilst the end result looked nice I wouldn’t return.

The removal was pretty invasive and harmful to my nails. The application of gel polish was good but did not cure enough as it was still soft after I left despite me telling the nail tech that it is not ready yet and still leaves colour marks on cotton pads.
