I had high hopes due to the online presence, cost, and Covent Garden location. Unfortunately I was disappointed pretty quickly - the station I was in was in the basement at cheap acrylic tables and uncomfortable chairs.
The table was covered in dust and mess from previous clients. I got nail art & they went as quickly as they could... my nails reflect the lack of attention. Much of the art is uneven in color even though it should be solid.
I got the vibe they wanted to just be done.

The technician was pretty professional and efficient. The only thing was that she went too hard scraping my nails and left a few tiny scars on my fingers
