Gel manicure experience was horrible. The technician didn’t ask which shape and length of nails I wanted (she did ask the lady that came after me!) - my nails were of different lengths and she left them all with different length. I had to ask for the file to fix it MYSELF. When it came for cuticle - she pulled out the skin so it was all sticking out all around and I had to insist that they tidy up my cuticles. The gel polish starting coming off the next day. Very disappointed!!

Great salon, friendly and professional nail techs who deliver the highest quality results I can find in London! Also, the nails last considerably longer than anywhere else I’ve been. The nice setting and location makes it perfect!
