Initially helpful as had train delays and was able to reschedule appointment. Pedicure was done well. Manicure was not
-on observation felt very rushed and looking at nails next day the gel polish is not even and the colour look patchy. When going to pay for pedicure was offered money off for being first time customer but meant that you would be refunded through treatwell and then pay again which I said no to but the staff member did this anyway then said sorry. Had to wait few days for refund.

Really amazimg! Was my first time doing Acrylic nails and Rachel was amazing. She is very talented and you can tell that she is passionate about nail design. She took her time and was very friendly. Going back for sure!

Tech was very friendly but felt she was distracted by starting other clients. I paid £20 extra for my pedicure to have gels but this was included in the allocated time. Therefore I felt that the pedicure and manicure were rushed. However she kindly let me charge my phone. It was nevertheless an enjoyable 1 hour 10 minutes.
