I have been in London for 10 years and tried mindblowingly expensive to budget locations around central london; and can say with confidence that this salon is the jackpot. Every therapist in there is a professional if not artist. On top of that they are friendly, polite and speedy. The salon is cute and always clean. On top of that, the value for price is great. Highly recommended to people with positive vibes (dont need anyone ruining this gem!)

During the session, they continuously check with you if you’re happy with how your nail is looking. (Shape of nail, colour, nail art etc.) I thought this was really good and shows that they care.
They were VERY friendly and nice on the outside. I wish they would not assume the language we speak as they continuously made snarky remarks about us in Vietnamese, which were very unnecessary. It was too awkward to say that we understood them…
Overall, decent manicure with standard central London pricing. But we are both afraid to go back there to be in that unpleasant situation again.

The place is very small without any ventilation or window. The door was closed and the smell was unbearable. However, when I asked them to open the door, they were willing to accustom my needs.
