Maybe I just went on a bad day. But the whole experience was very rushed and overall uncomfortable. Never had a mani/pedi in such short time. I also said at the beginning that I didn't want to have my fingernails much shorter than they were and mentioned halfway that it was too short but they were filed so short that it still hurts. My usual nail salon that sadly didn't have availability on short notice is 100% better and the same price.

I can’t recommend this place enough. All the staff are so lovely and friendly and really knowledgeable with the products. They have an amazing range of colours and great ideas for nail art. It took me over a year to find my go-to nail place in London and I’ve finally found it and always look forward to returning.
