I have had quite a few massages here and I can't deny the quality is excellent. I had a lady called Joy who is great and gets very involved. My mother had a lady called Kay who again is excellent in quality. The only reason the final two stars are missing is because during the massage, Kay kept answering the phone and interrupting the massage. This takes away from the whole relaxing experience. They also double booked an appointment I made for my Dad who drove an hour to get there only to be told there was a misunderstanding. This was after I checked three times on the phone and no compensation was offered, Massage quality good, but need to invest in an answering machine and perhaps a more able secretary.
Wonderful experience on all accounts. I would definitely return. The most authentic Thai massage in London I have experienced
