This was my first time to Wansabi. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who made me comfortable, informed of what was happening, when I would be seen and where to find the facilities should I need them. My treatment was excellent and the therapist was attentive ensuring I was comfortable and the pressure was to my liking. The therapy room was lovely, clean and very inviting.
