Struggle with lower back pain, like most of us always leave things until it becomes an issue, easy to book in and tbh next day lower pain had nearly gone and far more supple, second day felt the best I have for a long time. The only treatment I've had that really released the pressure in my neck and shoulders. They work hard and can't fault them, will certainly start booking in more regularly to prevent getting to a point where I can't move 😂,
