Really good pressure, asked if I was okay. I got tea and water after and nice warm massage bed which was lovely compared to the cold outside

The spa was welcoming, and the massage was good. The room was very cold, and I wasn't asked whether the room was warm enough, what my areas of concern were, or whether the pressure was OK. I would have appreciated these things.
