Went specifically for knots around my shoulder blades due to having a desk job. Definitely the most thorough treatment I've received for it, almost to the point of it being too intense, but thanks to the aftercare advice I had no pain the next day :D

The experience was great, welcoming staff and a relaxing environment. Post-massage my back and shoulders seized, resulting in 3 days off work, needing an x-ray and still on pain meds 7 days later.
