The room was quite dirty, lots of hair and fluff. Not salon clinical as expected. After waxing I was left sore and red for a few days and with a lot of sticky residue which was not ideal when I had to return to work.

Ruth is the perfect laser therapist. She is very thorough and takes her time. Best laser salon I have been to. Definitely recommend!

This was my 2nd treatment.. not met Cheryl before and she instantly put me at ease, very friendly and talkative which instantly made me feel relaxed ( considering the intimacy of the treatment).
