I booked here last minute and I must say I struggled to find it as a new client, but the lady who I spoke to over text was very helpful and welcoming when I did get there! As an fyi for readers, it's located in Loaf Hair Salon on the corner opposite a roundabout/ next to Trafalgar Arms!
The wax itself was pleasant, and I was very happy with even some of the shortest hairs being removed (there was a little wax left over but it wasn't really a bother).
From what the lady was telling me, they just currently rent the rooms under the salon but they hope to branch out, so at present you're lead down some stairs to the treatment rooms.
There was a huge discount too which always helps; liked it overall and I would go back again.
Emily was lovely. Very accommodating and I was very satisfied with the treatment. I have already booked my next appointment!!
