Massage was good, place was a bit unorganised though- we had to keep asking where things were as we were not shown on arrival. Not really a spa... There is only a sauna & not many places to sit & relax. The layout is very odd & an inconvenience really.
Hotel was really nice & clean. It was very quiet during the night which was a bonus! Buffet breakfast in the hotel restraunt was lovely & the staff were very friendly & helpful.
Would use the hotel again but not the 'spa' facilities.
The young lady who massaged me was good but the massage wasnt what i would call full body. I have had better. On arrival the receptionist wasnt forth coming with information, we had to ask. overall the experience was interesting, I dont think I would use the spa again but the hotel was lovely. great food recommend it. I would most definately eat there again, best meal out in a long time.
Staff were really nice and helpful, but massage wasn't amazing. Everyone seems to really be trying, even though it was busy.
We did an overnight stay on a special offer and was very pleased. Our room was a bit small, but was only sleeping in it, so not that bothered. I wish we had a sea view rather than looking at all the huge lorries going back and fourth from the ferries. Spa treatment rooms where lovely, very peaceful and the service was good. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of hot dishes and continental.
Wouldn't recommend it, few faults through the whole experience
Had no explanation of what was going on, had to keep asking where to go, how do we do this and we felt we were being a nuisance, room was shabby for a 4 * with the most uncomfortable bed & pillows ever!
Dinner was ok but not a lot of choice
Breakfast was good
