The hotel bedroom was far to hot, and the heating was not on. The windows only opened a small amount - floor 3. On arrival we had no electricity to the sockets - someone came to inspect within 15 minutes of us reporting it, the fuse box which was located outside our room had a blown fuse so normal service soon resumed.
There was no shower gel in the bathroom, but apart from that it was adequate.
Spa facilities -This area was nicely decorated, large gym and sauna.
Breakfast, service without a smile but we were only 15 minutes before end of service.
hotel was lovely, food was ok, wasnt much of a variety at dinner, spa was a let down as it was just treatment rooms and a sauna room.
room wasn't worth the cost of the stay as the fan was broken, TV was very poor with signal and variety of channels, the walls were marked, anti slip mat was useless in bath as it slipped around.
I think the hotel was in a wonderful seafront location and the treatments were delivered by experienced staff and I would like to thank them all for ensuring that me and my daughter had a wonderful day. We also enjoyed the lunch and I will be going back there soon.
Really good. Would probably look to spend a weekend there and use the spa facilities. The treatment room was nice and the therapist fiiendly and knowledgeable.

i have booked a spa package with one night, massage and breakfast included. we had a great time and the massage was really nice
