Only a sauna to visit so not even half a days worth of entertaining. Staff disappeared from desk for ages so waited ten minutes for another guest to let me into the pass area so I could get changed. Full spa meant relaxation room full so no chairs and loud from chatting as well as it being open to guests having treatments so not at all relaxing. Lunch overlooking the sea luckily won it for me luckily as that, the food and the restaurant staff were incredible.
Theassage area was great and massage was lovely. Our room was abit old just needs a bit of an update - but we did have a lovely stay the staff were great and the food was delicious.
We went for a romantic one night spa break. Staff were very welcoming and helpful but our stay had a few downfalls. The bedroom was really hot and not enough ventilation as well as the bed being really hard (not our preference). Massager was good but left both of us sore the day after.
The dinner seemed to have a lot of variety but my main course was brought out cold and my partners meal order was wrong. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot to offer but my partner is allergic to nuts so let him with limited choice. It is good price for what it is but for us we wouldn't stay again.
The staff were brilliant and the booking was so easy, they even called me to book my slot.
Would recommend a night away with a little pampering does everyone the world of good.
The room itself was larger than I expected, clean and warm. The staff were very friendly, and the massage was the best I've ever had. The food was fantastic. In all, it was a good experience and good value for money. I'm glad I wasn't put off by all the negative reviews. I'll certainly go again.
