It was amazing. Called to say I was running late and customer service was great even through the phone. When I arrived she was lovely and kind. Found my pressure points and knots with ease. Didn't have to tell her where it was as she had found it immediately. A mix of techniques, a mixed amount of pressure, sometimes firm and sometimes soft.
Overall 10/10 experience.
