The place itself is ok-ish
Nothing fancy or warm just plain white but clean
Facial was seriously one of the worst I have ever had.I had much better experiences for a similar price.the extraction was dry and painful with no steam before.no oil massage after while you normally always have one . I had to ask the therapist to remove the mask that was literally burning my face.i tried have a look at the products I think they just use super cheap bad quality chemical ones.

My first CACI facial and I am not disappointed. Very relaxing facial from the gentle beautician with some useful information to help my skin look better.
I noticed the difference as promised after two days. It honestly looks fresher and glowing. Plus my scars from picking spots have slightly faded and I have no spots appear since. I will definitely be going back in a few week for the same treatment.
