Terrible service.
When I came for my appointment on time, I saw a woman on reception making pedicure for a client just behind the reception desk. When I explained that I have an appointment, she said that she was busy at the moment as everyone else and suggested coming a few hours later or next week. I asked how could this be, I booked this slot, and planned my day accordingly, and was answered again that they didn't have a slot to accommodate me and there was nothing they could do other than rebook.
No, thanks! I am actually happy that that happened. Better no treatment at all than one performed by such nonprofessionals!
Really lovely, good facial. Staff responded to requests and needs. You can hear people upstairs / in other treatment rooms, but it don't bother me so much. A great facial at a lovely price.

I loved it definetly im coming back next week!!!! I never have done gel nail before and for the first time is definitely worth it also the fact that it has nail treatment is even better! Staff lovely , place very clean, it took longer than expected because we were chatting too much haha
