Great wax, friendly staff. If you're expecting the cowshed then book elsewhere (the beauty rooms are cornered off downstairs with curtains ... think hospital ward), however, if you're looking for an experienced, friendly beautician who does a great job at a great price then I would recommend Waterlily.

The Waterlilly Beauty Clinic was lovely , clean and relaxing. The staff were freindly and helpful and my Swedish massage was perfect.

I started going to Waterlily for waxing treatments a few months ago and it's great - the staff are so friendly and attentive, the Lycon hot/strip wax (I've had Hollywood and underarm so far) is relatively pain-free compared to other places I've been to. Each time the staff take great care to get rid of every last hair. Would definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back again soon.
