I started going to Waterlily for waxing treatments a few months ago and it's great - the staff are so friendly and attentive, the Lycon hot/strip wax (I've had Hollywood and underarm so far) is relatively pain-free compared to other places I've been to. Each time the staff take great care to get rid of every last hair. Would definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back again soon.

The salon is fairly small and not the greatest atmosphere very quiet. However I had the CACI Treatment and my skin feels wonders. The treatment was thorough and I will definitely be going back for another facial.

Booked a wax 2days before and got first choice of appointment. Turned up and was seen on time by a very friendly lady. Very happy with the outcome and will definitely be going back again.

Great wax, great salon. Very happy. Staff are lovely and professional and it was easy to book an appointment. I also recommend their eyebrow threading which I opted for while I was there as well
Hollywood Waxing
I had a bikini wax mid week. The salon was very quiet but due to only one member of staff available, when the phone rang or someone was at the door she had to leave mid waxing. At different salons I've been given paper pants to wear during the procedure but this time she didn't give me anything which was a bit of a surprise. I may go back to the salon if there's an offer on but otherwise I'd go elsewhere.
