Booked an appointment Saturday for a Sunday treatment. The staff was very friendly and put you at ease. The South African girl was amazing!! I would go back just for her service.

My mum always used to warn me that things are cheap for a reason. At Waterlily, that reason was clear the minute I walked in. I wasn't offered water on a hot summer's day, the door was wide open with noisy traffic outside (hardly relaxing), the manager was rude and blunt, and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The assistant was wiping the sweat from her brow using the cheap tissue paper that my feet had been resting on. Not very pleasant.
However, the overall outcome was perfect. They did take a lot of care and attention over it and it was clear that they wanted to do a good job. If you want Gel nails at a good price and don't mind the no-frills (and no-smiles!) approach, then this is the place to go.
